_200.8_lbs_and_counting
me at 200.8 lbs :D (photo courtesy of brando)
biggest loser season 1 (takbo.ph edition) was officially launched last october 30 at TOSH along valero street in makati.
i weighed in at a heavy 200.8 lbs c/o the digital scale brought by rico. i was a bit disappointed since the last time i weighed in was before i went serious with running...about 5 months ago. back then, i was around 206 lbs, meaning i lost only about 5 lbs. in that span of running. i can only blame it on eating too much after a run as i do get very hungry then. :P
i didn't hesitate to join this new challenge as i really wanna lose weight. although i know it's not too healthy to lose a lot of weight in a short period of time--until december 13--this would help me find out for myself how far i can go when it comes to weight loss. :)
hmmm...how should i go about losing x number of lbs? we'll see. :)

takbo lang ng takbo, tapos walang lamon after! wahahaha :) goodluck sa inyong quest to be LOSERS! :)
Wow, ang bilis mag-blog and plug! Let's get it on, p're. I have started hitting the gym again. I shall give you (and everyone) and run for your money! If we lose at least 10 lbs each, panalo na lahat tayo!
i'd say 20lbs rico! hahaha!
For a 200 pounder, you're still one fast sanoma... for almost timing a sub 2hr half marathon! Keep it up, Bry!
@timmy thanks! :) i'll make sure i don't 'lamon' after runs. :P hehe
@rico & argo we'll see how this goes! :)
@rene thanks a lot! hopefully i could hit sub-2 once i lose weight. :)
Good luck Bry! Agreed, you're the fastest 200 pounder I know! Even when I was 200 lbs I could only muster a 1:28 10k haha. It will surely go down with this biggest loser project :) GO go go!
Good luck Bry! Want to lose those pounds faster? Marathon! Haha...just kidding. If you can imagine it you can! I can't wait to see how you'd all fare at the end of the season :)
@luis thanks, dude. :) hoping this would be a success story for me. :P
@denz salamat din! plans for a full mary would be for next year pa. :)
